How Does a Capping Machine Work?

Step 1: Bottle Transportation
Uncapped bottles are placed on a conveyor belt, which automatically moves them to the capping station for processing.


Step 2: Cap Feeding
Caps are loaded into a hopper and delivered to the cap-dropping mechanism. Most automatic screw capping machines include a cap sorting system that detects incorrectly positioned caps (e.g., upside down) and returns them to the hopper for correction.
